How Merchants TikTap

TikTap is simple to use – giving merchants the opportunity to have both a local and national presence, and access to thousands of potential customers who can see your business, coupons and vouchers and redeem these within your store.

Following an easy administration process and pod activation you can upload your offers right away – all you need to do is:

1. Contact TikTap 0844 824 4224
2. Install and activate the pod
3. Upload the offer onto your SKU/PKU till system
4. Upload your offer onto the TikTap AI system
5. Your offer is then live on the TikTap app (you can change the offer at anytime to suit your opening hours, stock levels or even based on the success of the offer itself.
6. When customers come into the store to redeem the offer, all they need to do is tap their mobile phone over the pod and this will deduct the offer from your EPoS unit. (Even if you don’t have a EPoS unit you can still deliver mobile offers through TikTap)
7. You can then enjoy getting new customers redeeming your offers in-store!
