What is the TikTap Mobile application?
The TikTap application offers you the opportunity to search, ‘Tik’ and store coupons and offers in a digital wallet a wide range of everyday offers which are redeemed via a ‘pod’ located in store via your smartphone.
Why do I need to 'Tik' offers in the application?
TikTap coupons and offers are Tik’d via the TikTap app and saved into a mobile wallet for future use, when you are in a shop or other business offering a TikTap discount.
How do I redeem an offer then has been saved in my wallet?
TikTap offers are redeemed at point of sale by a simple Tap of mobile device over the ‘pod’, which deducts the offer from the till.
What mobile handsets does the TikTap application work on?
The TikTap app will be available for:
- Android (from Version 2.2 Froyo to latest)
- iPhone (from version 4.2.1 3GS to latest)
What if my mobile handset does not have a 3G data connection available in-store?
TikTap terminals work in an offline mode, provided that you have tik’d your offer and the offer is stored in your digital wallet whilst you had a data connection, you will be able to redeem your offer even if you have no Wi-Fi or 3G connection.
